Introduction

Jermee, a 21-year-old Reddit user, has gained 17lbs in just four months. Despite sharing occasional photos from public restrooms, the user has inspired and encouraged many with his progress. Due to his success, many of his followers asked about his nutrition and workout habits.

Struggles with Nutrition

Jermee admits that the hardest part of his journey is nutrition. He shares that he's still learning what he should and shouldn't eat. While he has been taking protein twice a day, multivitamins, and pre-workout supplements, he still finds it hard to balance his diet. He mentions that he often fluctuates a lot day to day, but he's committed to finding the right balance.

Workout Routine

Jermee works out with an experienced weightlifting friend six days a week for an hour a day. They focus on one muscle group a day without any cardio. Jermee's upper body development has been impressive, and his friend's guidance and support have been helpful.

Diet Details

Jermee's diet is still a work in progress. For breakfast, he has oatmeal with whole milk and peanut butter, followed by a protein shake with whole milk. He snacks on PB&J sandwiches while at work and avoids unhealthy fast food. Lunch is typically subway or something similar, and dinner is usually chicken, pork, steak, or fish, along with some rice or vegetables. On rest days from the gym, he takes his second protein shake right before bed, and after workouts, he takes it directly after. While his diet still needs improvements, Jermee believes he can still change things up to make it better for him.

Inspiring Others

Many Reddit users were inspired and encouraged by Jermee's progress. Some asked for advice, some admired his dedication and the work he put in. Others shared their own stories and struggles with weight gain. Jermee's journey shows that hard work eventually pays off, and with the right mindset, anyone can achieve their fitness goals.
