Introduction

StacieBroman's remarkable weight loss journey began when she decided that enough was enough, and she needed to make a change in her life. Over the course of 10 months, she lost 65lbs, bringing her down from a weight of 220lbs to an impressive 155lbs.

Plant-Based Ketosis Diet

StacieBroman implemented a plant-based ketosis eating plan to quicken the weight loss process for her last 15lbs. She usually sticks to a vegan diet that is low in refined carbs. Her diet consists of roasted vegetables, low-carb wraps, tofu, nuts, and avocados.

HIIT Cardio and Leg Workouts

StacieBroman's workout routine consists of five days of exercise per week. She uses the FitnessBlender channel on YouTube to get a good workout since being a single mother did not allow her to get to the gym. She began by completing approximately one-third of a 30-minute low-impact cardio video with many pauses. She now implements 20 minutes of HIIT cardio, 30 minutes of brutal butt and thigh exercises, and 20 minutes of insane abs and toned arm workouts with 10-pound weights. She also took up roller derby for her leg workouts.

Community support on Reddit

StacieBroman's reddit post received a lot of support from other users, congratulating her and asking her about her diet and fitness routine. The positive reinforcement helped StacieBroman remain motivated.

The Takeaway

StacieBroman's story is an excellent example of the power of dedication and the importance of a healthy diet and workout routine. While her diet and workout plan might not work the same for everyone, you can benefit from her story by trying things out for yourself and finding what works for you.
