M/30/5’8”[235>175=60lbs] (7 months) I got out of the Marines and lost all motivation. Gained a lot of weight and was just really depressed. One day I just said screw it. Started College, joined a gym, signed up for Jui Jitsu. Been using you guys as motivation these whole 7 months, thank you!

The Beginning
After leaving the military, Garrett lost his motivation and became depressed. He put on a lot of weight but realized one day that he wanted to change.
Diet and Exercise
Garrett cut off all pork and includes fish, turkey, and chicken in his main protein source. He also focuses on healthy eating 70% of the time but doesn't beat himself up if he has a bad meal. The Outcome
Garrett's routine has yielded incredible results in just 7 months, resulting in a massive 60lb weight loss. Garrett's journey proves that with dedication and discipline individuals can reach their desired body shape.
Conclusion
Garrett's journey shows that with a mixture of diet, exercise, and a positive mindset, anyone can accomplish their body goals. However, it's important to not compare our success to others and instead strive to be the healthiest version of ourselves.
