M/21/6'3" [300lbs > 250lbs = 50lbs] (2 years) After gaining around 50 lbs from my college freshman year into my sophomore year I decided to make a change. Even though i only lost 50lbs I also gained a lot of muscle in place that i never had before. My goal is 230lbs and to continue getting fit.
