Diet and Exercise

For the first 3 months, crazyl3gs followed a strict macro diet, with approximately 160g of protein, 60g of fat, and 130g of carbs per day. He also made sure to stay away from sugary foods and watched his sodium intake. He ran 3 miles every other day. Currently, he focuses on weight-training with split training sessions while listening to his body, putting 1.5-2 hours a day and dividing his workout to Shoulders, Arms, Back, Chest, and Legs.

Challenges and Motivation

Many who admired his progress hopped on the thread to ask for tips and advise. Crazyl3gs admits to having slip days especially during holidays or a rough day at work. He finds ways to bridge the two extremes and to remember how he started. His stretch marks, initially his biggest enemy, fade over time along with his weight loss. He remembers however that they will stick around for a while, he simply owns it, and considers it a mark of his journey.

Positivity and Support

Crazyl3gs received tremendous support in his weight loss journey. Some threads compliment his progress, and some share their own struggles regarding stretch marks or weight loss. Crazyl3gs reminds himself and others on the thread that living a healthy lifestyle begins with a promise to ourselves. We hold the power of taking care of our body, health, and wellness.

Conclusion

Crazyl3gs not only lost 34 pounds in 6 months but also gained strength and confidence. His determination to stick through the challenges while enjoying his journey serves as an inspiration for many. His wise advice for everyone is to find what drives us and eventually building better habits that we can live with. What works for him might not work for others but do not underestimate the power of turning small changes gradually into a better lifestyle.
