The Basic Rules of Getting in Shape

Gokuhontas' journey is inspiring for anyone looking for a way to get fitter. With a height of 6'3", Gokuhontas' weight loss from 215 to 205lbs in just a month is a result of his dedication to the basic rules of getting in shape. He started eating healthier, getting some form of cardio 4-5 days a week, and lifting. According to him, it's just that simple: eat healthy shit and lift heavy shit.

A Little Elaboration: Cardio and Lifting Routine

Gokuhontas tries to hit the gym 4-5 times a week and starts each day with a 20-30min cardio routine followed by lifting. He burns an additional 400-550 calories by doing 20-30 minutes of cardio every day he lifts. He targets his lower body on Tuesdays, upper body on Mondays and Thursdays. On Wednesdays and a weekend day, he does a lot of cardio (45min-hour) and then abs. He also tries to eat around 2000-2500 calories a day including protein shakes.

Hard to Target But Worth it: The Lats

Gokuhontas' journey has not been without hiccups. He has found his lats to be the hardest to target but he keeps at it. His advice for anyone looking to get started on their fitness journey is to keep the motivation going.

Dedication and Drive Can Do it All

While it may not be the most drastic change, it is evidence that with the right mindset, even a small change can lead to great results. Dedication and drive can do it all!
