Diet Holds the Key to Shedding Pounds

Following her weight training, Vietnamazing started experimenting with her diet. She created a meal plan for herself using all her favorite foods, consisting of five 300 calorie meals, mostly comprising protein and limited starches. She also included a lot of fruits and vegetables to keep it well-rounded. Vietnamazing noticed significant changes in her body as she became leaner through dieting, losing 4lbs in the process. She also follows a cheat day on Sunday, as a reward to herself.

Active Lifestyle Plays a Significant Role in Physique

Vietnamazing credits her physique, including her Adonis Belt, partly to her active lifestyle. She has played soccer and wrestled, in addition to her love for sprints, which has kept her fit through the years, and has worked wonders for her toned body. She also mentioned abs aren't fun, so she doesn't perform any focus work on them. Just like with the other body parts, she focuses on building strength and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle overall.
