Introduction

Epic_toast32, a 27-year-old male standing 6'0'', has always struggled with being underweight. However, after committing to a regular workout regime and increasing calorie intake, he gained 30lbs over the course of 8 months. The newfound confidence he experienced was immeasurable.

The Struggle

As a self-proclaimed hard gainer, Epic_toast32 had always struggled to put on weight. He tried various weight gain supplements and diets but could not seem to break out of his plateau. Finally, he committed to consistently hitting the gym and consuming at least 4,000 calories a day.
