The Starting Point

Mattia91 started his weight loss journey at an unknown weight, but he weighed in at 213lbs when he started taking photos of his progress. Like many people, Mattia91 wasn't happy with the way he looked, and so he decided to make a change.

The Transformation Process

Mattia91's journey wasn't easy. He did his first cardio and bodyweight exercises through BeachBody Insanity. This two-month cardio was followed by P90X Workout, which made him lose around 40lbs. For muscle building, he decided to undertake the BeachBody Body Beast workout.

The Diet Plan

While losing weight, Mattia91 followed an unhealthy diet of completely cutting carbs and eating less. As he wanted to gain lean mass, when starting the Body Beast Workout, he read up on the Food Plan of the workout and built a diet of about 2500-3000 calories per day. This made him grow some muscles while losing fat.

The Results

Mattia91's dedication paid off, and it showed in his photos. He lost over 30lbs, most of which he lost from his belly and chest fat. He built lean muscles, improved his overall health while his self-esteem skyrocketed.

Conclusion

Mattia91's transformation journey is a testament to what can be achieved with hard work, dedication and the right combination of exercise and diet. His advice to anyone seeking to lose weight is to combine cardio and weightlifting, cut junk food and eat clean (including a lot of protein and carbs in the morning and after workout). A healthier and happier version of yourself is possible!
