M/22/5’7 [165lbs > 151lbs =16 lbs] put on weight during lockdown. Although I didn’t overly get massive it was enough weight where I felt really low about myself. My personal trainer joked that the first 10lbs I lost was from the face lol. Anyone reading this stay consistent you’ve got this :)

The COVID-19 pandemic led to a lot of indoor activities, and the consequential lesser physical activity led to weight gain in many people. M/22/5’7 is one such person who put on weight during the lockdown, leading to low self-esteem. He felt that the extra weight made him look like he’s let himself go.
