Reddit user, instagarmagaram, shares her weight loss journey of losing 25 pounds and maintaining for a year while aiming to lose another 30 pounds. She used the combination of CICO, 16:8 intermittent fasting, and home workout videos over the last two years. Although her routine changed after moving to a new country for a new job, she was able to maintain the weight all year long. Her efforts helped her go down from a size 12 to a size 8.

Instagarmagaram reveals that she still has a ton of work to do and needs to bring back that same fire in herself to achieve her goal. Her BMI still puts her in the overweight category, so she wants to achieve the healthy range next. She is at home now visiting her parents after two years and is not counting calories strictly, which is making her feel guilty. She's trying to relax and start fresh again in the new year.

In her post, she mentions that she never felt comfortable wearing shorts in her life, so taking the second picture made her happy. Although she still has huge thighs and a belly, she is hoping that next year she'll be able to get more toned. She has shared her weight loss journey on Reddit and aims to inspire others to try things out for themselves.
