Introduction

At 23 years old, [deleted] decided to begin his fitness journey by cutting down his calorie intake and increasing his exercise routine. His Reddit post documented his progress every step of the way.

Starting Point: 175lbs

At the beginning, [deleted] weighed 175lbs at 6 feet tall. He had a goal to tone his muscles, especially his abs, and get down to 160lbs.

Cutting Calories

To achieve his weight loss goals, [deleted] started cutting down on his calorie intake. He began tracking his food intake using a mobile app, and made sure he stayed within his daily caloric limit. He also started eating more protein and vegetables to stay satiated.

Exercise Regimen

In addition to cutting calories, [deleted] also increased his exercise regimen. He incorporated cardio exercises like running and HIIT workouts while also working on building his muscles with weight lifting exercises.

Results
