MightyHunter_Fitness started his weight loss journey with an eye on a Tough Mudder marathon. Initially, he focused on cardio exercises. However, he quickly realized the joys of lifting weights and dropped cardio from his routine. He also adopted Wendler's 5/3/1, an advanced high-intensity workout protocol.
