F/34/5'4" [339 > 188 = 153] (18 months) Gastric bypass 12/16/20. Went from a size 24/26 and 3x/4x to a 14 and a md/lg. My blood pressure is normal again, I'm no longer pre-diabetic, I rode a roller coaster for the 1st time in over a decade this past summer, and in general am so much happier 💜
