Lavendercloudy, a 25 years old female, shared her weight loss journey on Reddit, where she posted before and after pictures of her progress. Lavendercloudy had lost 32 lbs (204 lbs > 172 lbs) in just five months, which is definitely noteworthy.

Many people took notice of her post, having garnered over 2,464 upvotes and multiple comments. To their surprise, her skin looked great as well. One commentator wrote that her skin seemed to be bouncing right into place, which was lucky. This made Lavendercloudy even more motivated to achieve her next goal, which is to be in a healthy weight range for her height.

When asked about what she's been following to achieve this transformation, Lavendercloudy said a significant aspect of her weight loss journey was to have smaller portions and walk 3-4 miles a day, five times a week. She mentioned that getting off Zoloft, which might have caused her to gain weight, was another significant aspect. Losing weight was more challenging for her because she was eating as much as her boyfriend, who is 6'3, so she needed to change her portions and reduce her carbs.

Lavendercloudy credited smaller portions, fewer carbs, and a lot more walking as the actions that helped her the most in her weight loss journey. She also added that she didn't do anything specific to shrink her lower stomach area besides eating less and walking more.

Lavendercloudy completed her first weight loss goal and shared it with everyone. She felt much better and more confident than before. Her back pain significantly lessened, making it feel like she lost 100 pounds. Lavendercloudy inspires others to try things out for themselves and achieve their goals as she did.
