Starting Point: 189lbs

The 21-year-old male began his journey to lose weight at a starting weight of 189lbs. He stood at 5'6" and knew he needed to make a change to improve his health.

Changed Eating Habits

One of the first steps he took was changing his eating habits. He cut out unhealthy foods and began counting his calories. He made sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to keep him feeling full for longer periods of time.

Incorporated Exercise

As he began losing weight, the male also incorporated exercise into his routine. He started off small with walks and gradually worked his way up to more intense workouts. He found that he enjoyed lifting weights and used that as his main form of exercise.

A Year Later: 140lbs

After a year of consistent hard work, the male was able to lose a total of 49lbs. He now stands at a healthy weight of 140lbs. He credits his success to his changed eating habits and consistent exercise routine.
