Reddit user sternefoifi shares his 17-month weight loss journey, where he lost 12 pounds, from 192lbs to 180lbs.

Sternefoifi's routine was composed of two simple workout sessions: Workout A and Workout B. These workouts included squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bench press, and 4 to 6 accessories of his choice. He also trained his abs once a week for 10 minutes with crunches.

Sternefoifi encountered dips in training but bounced back stronger than before. He emphasized that discipline is key to recovery from setbacks. He recommended eating clean, counting calories with a focus on staying at 1700 cal per day with good macros, and eating as little carbs as possible.

He explained that he did not have large muscles or abs due to his low body fat percentage, and identified the importance of living healthy in order to look good.

Sternefoifi's diet was composed of low fat quark and oats for breakfast, and fish, turkey, or chicken breast with vegetables for lunch and dinner. Sternefoifi's ab definition showed that ab definition is all about body fat percentage, and he did not train abs heavily to have visible definition.
