Beginning his Journey at 168lbs

At the start of his journey, 22-year-old salty914 weighed 168lbs and decided to take part in the Body Transformation Fitness Challenge (BTFC) to kick-start his weight loss journey. His goal was to lose 23lbs and get down to 145lbs. He described himself as >20% body fat and overweight.

His Progress Over 84 Days

After 84 days, salty914 successfully lost 23 pounds and achieved his goal weight. His hard work and dedication paid off as he lost almost a pound every three days.

Keys to His Success

Salty914 credits his success to keeping track of his calories through the app MyFitnessPal, reducing his intake of carbs and junk food, and increasing his protein intake. He also increased his activity level, doing weight-lifting and cardio workouts three to four times a week.
