His cheating day is much healthier than other people's regular meal, but most of the time he ate clean and hit the gym regularly. Food and Drink

Breakfast typically consists of 40g of oats, 1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 21g peanut butter, to make oatmeal. He enjoys a large plate of salad leaves, sundried tomatoes, chicken breast, roasted pepper and almond pesto, and ricotta stuffed peppers for dinner. His tea consists of brown rice, chicken breast, carrots, salsa, sriracha, broccoli, and maybe some peas. He has a banana or clementine or if he is low on protein and calories he has a quest bar or protein shake with whole milk as a snack. Staying hydrated is also critical, and he drinks black coffee. He found better success incorporating a bit more of veggies to his diet and mixing different meals throughout the day.
