Methods

Romantivist credits his weight loss to a combination of diet and exercise. He received advice from other redditors, including starting training for the 5k with the Zombies, Run! 5K app, doing bodyweight squats at work, starting C25K, and incorporating HIIT and kettlebell exercises into his routine.

Results

Romantivist has had great success with his weight loss journey, losing over 70 pounds in just 6 months. He looks forward to reaching his ultimate goal of 220-200 pounds and running a 5k by September/October.

Discussion

It is important to note that everyone's weight loss journey is unique and this routine may not work for everyone. However, incorporating a combination of diet and exercise such as Romantivist did can lead to successful weight loss. It's important to find exercises and activities you enjoy so that you're more likely to stick with them.

Conclusion

Romantivist's story is an inspiring one, and shows that with dedication and hard work, significant weight loss is possible. For those looking to make a change, incorporating a combination of diet and exercise, and finding activities that you enjoy, may be the key to success.
