22lbs in 10 months - a considerable gain

Trinkem's transformation may not be the biggest, but it is still something he should be proud of. His 22lb weight gain in just 10 months is commendable. So how did he achieve this results?

Routine - Arnold Blueprint

Trinkem started following The Arnold Blueprint routine for the first few months. The program consists of training Chest/Back on Mondays, Shoulders/Arms on Tuesdays, and Legs on Wednesdays. He continued this routine on Saturdays as well. After that, he followed the same basic setup but tailored it based on his needs each day.

Consistency is key

Following a routine is essential, but consistency should not be overlooked. Trinkem's progress would not have been possible without a consistent effort. He spent 1.5 to 2 years lifting seriously. The gains he has made were not the results of an overnight success, but rather an outcome of a consistent commitment.

Diet - Clean & Lots of Food

Trinkem consumed around 3500 calories a day but didn't track them. He merely ate clean and consumed vast amounts of food. A protein-rich diet with enough calories was vital to his weight gain journey.

Takeaways

Trinkem's transformation shows what a difference a dedicated routine and consistent efforts make. His gains were not solely muscle, but choosing a protein-rich diet and tailoring the routine to specific needs played a vital role. If you too want to make significant weight gains, focus on a consistent effort, diet, and routine. And, do not forget to work out safely and efficiently.
