Introduction

StephinSpire, a 27 year old female, managed to tone her body over a 4 month period dropping from 120 lbs to 106 lbs. Her scale reading might not seem like a huge weight loss, but it clearly manifested in a big difference in toning.

Her fitness routine

StephinSpire opted for a routine that allowed her to have some variety. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays she did some weight training at the gym, focussing on shoulders, arms, legs, chest and back. Wednesdays and Saturdays were strictly cardio, where she would sprint a mile and run 5 miles respectively. Friday and Sundays were days for core work where she would do crunches, sit-ups, yoga, and hoola hooping.

Aerial silks

Apart from a packed workout schedule, StephinSpire joined an aerial silks class which was awesome for building up arm strength and core. The unique workout focusing on flexibility requires you to climb on a fabric and perform some acrobatic moves, thereby boosting the muscular strength.

30 Day Fitness Challenges

StephinSpire's most recent addition to her fitness routine is the 30 Day Fitness Challenge mobile app, which serves as a great way to get a good 5-10-minute workout in the morning. The app includes a range of different challenges to test your skills and incrementally increasing difficulty levels over a period of thirty days.

Conclusion

It is inspiring how StephinSpire managed to keep things interesting and adopt a versatile workout routine. Her journey aims to illustrate that you don't need to burn a hole in your wallet to achieve a healthy body.
