WindWhisked, a 28-year-old female on Reddit, shared her 18lbs weight loss journey in two months. She achieved this through a combination of calorie counting, limiting her dairy and sweets intake, and walking and jogging.

Her main method of weight loss was calorie counting. She consumed an average of 1350 calories per day and used MyFitnessPal to track her daily intake. WindWhisked also gave up most sweets and white bread and limited her dairy to accommodate her lactose intolerance. She recently discovered a new appreciation for Jell-O and Greek yogurt.

In addition to a diet change, WindWhisked incorporated exercise into her routine. On average, she walked or jogged 50 miles per month and trained for a 5K in May. This combination of diet and exercise allowed her to reach her goal weight and continue on her weight loss journey.

WindWhisked's biggest challenge was exceeding her sodium intake goal on MyFitnessPal. However, she persevered by finding alternative sources of protein, such as Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, which helped her feel full throughout the day.

WindWhisked's weight loss journey shows that with dedication and small lifestyle changes, significant weight loss can be achieved in a short period of time. Whether it's through calorie counting, exercise, or finding alternative sources of protein, everyone has a unique weight loss approach that can work for them.
