The internet is a great place to find motivation for anything you want to do. One of the best things about it is that you don't have to do all of the work yourself. Every day, people like you and me are sharing their journeys with the world. One such story is that of a Reddit user named anonnewmommy who shared her weight loss journey on the website. This post has garnered over 200 upvotes and a number of comments thanking her for inspiring them.

Keto and Exercise Helped this User Shed 63lbs in Around 10 Months

In her post, anonnewmommy revealed that she lost 63lbs in around 10 months. She started her journey at 202lbs and reached 139lbs. One of the things that helped her achieve her goal was the keto diet. Additionally, she made sure to exercise, lifting weights or running at least three times a week. However, she admits that there was nothing extremely fancy about her approach. She just found something that worked for her and stuck to it.

More Muscle and Weight Loss Goals

Some of the commenters on her post told anonnewmommy that she looked amazing and didn't need to lose any more weight. However, she explained that she wanted to prove to herself that she could get back to her pre-pregnancy weight. She added that she intended to focus on building more muscle in the long run.

More Than Just Weight Loss

Reading through the comments on this post, it's clear that anonnewmommy inspired a lot of people. Some commenters said that they would try keto or exercise more regularly after seeing her success. Others shared their own journeys with her, like a user who had lost 48lbs after having four kids. Additionally, people also ogled her cat in the pictures, but that's a whole other story.

Try Things Out for Yourself

The takeaway from this Reddit post is that losing weight comes down to finding what works for you and sticking to it. Bodies are different, and everyone's approach to losing weight will look different. However, with some dedication and commitment, it's possible to lose weight and live a healthier life. Who knows, maybe you'll inspire others to start to change their lives for the better, just like anonnewmommy did.
