Furthermore, he took supplements such as fish oil, calcium & vitamin D, multivitamins, and drank 2-4 cups of black coffee which helped him cut some hunger issues.

Results

His lifts increased dramatically even when he was at a deficit. However, he is having trouble going beyond 225 lb pause bench. Nevertheless, he was able to lose 3% body fat and drop from 165 lbs to 148 lbs.
