M/21/5’9 [184 > 173 = 11lbs lost] Two months progress on my cut. Focused a lot on strength training (bench 275 -> 295 deadlift 1st ever max 365, squat 315 -> 345) have never trained strength before. Had a breakdown due to body dysmorphia one day, almost gave up but stuck with it!
