M/23/5’11” [206lbs > 164 = 42lbs] Posted my face gains here about 2 months ago when I was at 178 and I was met with a lot of love and support. A few asked me to repost once I hit my goal of 165. As promised, my goal weight gains✨✨

M/22/5'6" [165lbs > 140lbs = 25lbs] (3 months) Lifting 2-3x a week and following a high protein low calorie diet. Being in good shape didn't cure my social anxiety but it is a huge confidence booster going out in public and not feeling like I need to hide my body.
