Setting out on a journey

The decision to get healthy is a major commitment, and it can be intimidating to step into the unknown. However, for one 25-year-old male, the decision to embark on this journey was life-changing. On August 11th, 2012, he began a rigorous fitness program that would take him to new heights.

Tracking the progress

As with any journey, it's important to keep track of progress. This individual was no exception to this rule.
