Starting at 225lbs

At the beginning of his weight loss journey, Aelios weighed in at 225lbs. This is a significant weight for someone who is 6'2", and Aelios knew he needed to make changes to improve his health. He began by tracking his daily calorie intake and setting a realistic weight loss goal.

Tracking Progress

Aelios found that tracking his progress was helpful in staying motivated. He started by taking weekly weigh-ins and recording his weight loss in a journal. He also took before and after photos to visually see his progress.

Making Dietary Changes

To achieve his weight loss goal, Aelios knew he needed to make dietary changes. He began by cutting out processed foods, fast food, and sugary drinks. Instead, he focused on consuming whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.

Incorporating Exercise

In addition to dietary changes, Aelios started incorporating exercise into his routine. He started with simple walking and gradually increased the intensity and duration of his workouts. He found that exercise not only helped with weight loss but also improved his overall mood and energy levels.

The Results

After three months, Aelios had made significant progress towards his weight loss goal. He had lost a total of 20lbs and was feeling more confident and energized. Aelios' journey shows that by tracking progress, making dietary changes, and incorporating exercise, achieving a healthy weight is achievable.
