Starting Point: 210lbs

At age 20, this anonymous Reddit user weighed in at 210lbs, and wanted to make a change for the better. After losing 40lbs over the course of four months, they felt accomplished and proud of their hard work.

Downturn and Recovery

Unfortunately, the weight loss wasn't to last. The user began to eat more and stopped going to the gym, regaining some weight in the process. However, they didn't let the setback defeat them. Instead, they returned to healthy habits, and found their way back to an active lifestyle.

30lbs Down, and Back Up to 180lbs

After regaining some of their lost weight, the user once again focused on their health and wellness. Though they're no longer at their lightest weight of 170lbs, they're much happier and healthier at their current weight of 180lbs. They attribute their success to a combination of diet and exercise, and they're proud of their journey.

What Can We Learn?

The Reddit user's journey is a great reminder that weight loss isn't linear, and set backs happen. But it's always possible to recover and pursue a healthier lifestyle. And ultimately, it's important to focus on feeling good, both physically and emotionally.
