Shotsofpetrone’s bodybuilding routine is a 5-day split. Monday, he focuses on chest and calves; Tuesday, biceps and triceps; Wednesday, back attack; Thursday, shoulders and abs; and on Friday, legs. The routines that he follows are a combination of exercises including barbell bench press, pushups, pull-downs, rows, cable crunches, squats and lunges.
