Brothers Lostinthots and his brother took their weight loss journey together using the keto diet and Insanity workout plan. Lostinthots shared their progress on Reddit and has received 40 upvotes after only one month. They both lost a combined 67 pounds with Lostinthots losing 41 pounds and his brother 26 pounds.

Having a support system played a significant role in their weight loss success. They motivated each other in their weakest moments. When one brother did not feel like working out, the other encouraged him to push through. They reminded themselves that quitting was not an option and celebrated each other's small achievements to stay motivated.

To succeed, they followed a keto diet, which helped them restrict their carbohydrate intake and forced their bodies into ketosis, where they burn fat instead of glucose for energy. They drank a lot of water, up to a gallon a day, and avoided foods high in carbohydrates, such as bread and sugar.

In addition to the keto diet, they followed a 60-day Insanity workout plan, which involved high-intensity cardio and body-weight exercises. The brothers worked out six days a week and pushed themselves to their limits. They gradually built up their endurance and reduced their resting heart rates. According to Lostinthots, once they got into the rhythm, the pounds flew off.
