At the age of 24 and standing 5'4", Reddit user bearpawz had been unhappy with her weight for over a year. However, after stumbling upon the subReddit r/progresspics, she found the inspiration she needed to get started. Seven weeks later, with help from the Keto Diet, she had already lost 18 pounds and was halfway to her goal weight.
