M/22/5'11" (235-215) still not at my goal weight of 190 but I'm giving myself 90 days to do it. First pic was taken around May of last year at my heaviest. I'm taking my near years resolution seriously. Sorry for the horrible camera phone quality. It's not a huge, noticeable change but it's a start.

The Importance of Setting Goals

Setting a goal is an important part of any weight loss journey. It gives a clear target to aim for and provides motivation to make progress. The user's goal of reaching 190lbs in 90 days is a great example of a specific and achievable goal.
