One Reddit user, brilliant_sunshine, shared a photo of themself from August 2019, with the caption: "F/27/5'5", [168 lbs>168 lbs=0 lbs]. 90 days of CrossFit. Squats are my new love." The user received an incredible 176 upvotes, with many Redditors expressing admiration and support for their progress.

When the user clarified that they had lost almost 90 pounds in total (255 lbs>168 lbs), one thread member questioned their impressive 90-day progress. However, brilliant_sunshine explained that they had been weightlifting, which helped them gain muscle while still shedding inches around their waist.

In Crossfit workouts since March 2012, brilliant_sunshine began doing CrossFit-esque exercises, including the super sets exercise for squats. The results have been impressive. Squats have increased from 185 pounds to 255 pounds and deadlifts being boosted from 225 pounds to 275 pounds.

The user ate a clean diet that consisted of protein shakes, eggs, avocados, chicken, turkey, fresh fruits, berries and melons, and fresh vegetables. They also dropped dairy and bread from their diet after becoming stricter with their eating habits.

This female Reddit user's remarkable CrossFit fitness journey demonstrates what it means to show dedication by being consistent with your training, maintaining diet discipline and not just relying on the scale for progress tracking. After all, the user pointed out, "Just because the scale does not reflect a loss, doesn't mean that I haven't lost weight". If you're looking to undergo a similar transformation, it's crucial to understand that the journey isn't always all about the numbers.
