u/lonsking says that she had VSG surgery on 2nd November 2020, which helped her lose weight faster. But she still had to put in a lot of hard work to get rid of that last extra kilogram. She follows a routine of 1450 calories per day, walks a lot, cycles, drinks 3-4 litres of water per day and barely drinks alcohol. She is now considering some kind of weight training program for building muscle. Her routine is an excellent example of how weight loss can be achieved through exercise, diet, and proper hydration.
