F/28/5'4" [121 lbs > 132 lbs= 11 lbs] 1 year progress! I used to be so afraid to gain weight, but now the scale is no longer my enemy. I'm seeing so much progress lately since i eat more working out 4 times a week instead of 3 times. Consistency is key!
