F/27/5’2 [128>112= 16lbs] (6 months) this is an updated progress pic, photo on the left is June 14 and the photo on the right is today. It’s hard to see my progress even though I’ve lost 5lbs since then, although I had to take the entire month of July off lifting due to a health issue.

Weight loss journeys can be difficult, especially when trying to navigate through the ups and downs. F/27/5'2 user spoopygorl recently shared hers on Reddit, and has made progress through her 6-month journey. Despite losing only 16lbs, the user is feeling good at where she's at.

Spoopygorl shared her progress pictures, with the photo on the left dated June 14 and the photo on the right dated a few months later. The user shared that while it's hard to see their progress, the pictures show otherwise. Even losing just 5lbs in between the two months, the difference in the photos is visible.

During the journey, the user had to take a month-long hiatus due to a health issue. However, spoopygorl did not let that stop them from continuing their journey towards a better version of themselves.

When asked about her diet, the user replied that they track their macros and calories. They consume about 1400 calories a day, with 115-120g of protein, 45g of fat, and 110-120g of carbs. This is dependent on whether or not they lift on a given day.

Spoopygorl's progress is encouraging and a testament to patience and consistency. It's important to note that although progress may be gradual and sometimes hard to see, it's still progress. To others on a similar journey, treat yourself kindly and don't give up. Every step counts.
