ExternalEnder's weight loss journey on Reddit has inspired many people who are trying to shed pounds. His initial weight was 165lbs and he lost 10lbs in 6 months. Even though he thinks his progress is less than what others have achieved, he was still satisfied with the results.

Workout Routine
