26 Year Old Woman Sees Slow Progress Despite Calorie Counting and Exercise

This progress pic is from a female who is 5'4 and started at 200lbs, 10 months ago. She is currently at 155lbs, which is a 5lbs loss from her previous weight of 160lbs. She is frustated because she feels like she isn't seeing the results she wants to from her diet and exercise routine.

A photo of a 5'4" woman showing a weight cut from 160 pounds to 155 pounds. A respectable loss of 5 pounds.
F/26/5'4 [160lbs > 155lbs = 5lbs] Last 2 months, only 5 lbs loss and minimal body changes :( A bit frustating to see the scale number change so slowly with CICO + strength training. Any tips to shake things up and loose last 10-15 pounds? (I started at 200lbs, 10 months ago)
