A Casual Approach to Fitness

RolandFerret, a 25-year-old man standing 6 feet tall, started his fitness journey weighing 181 lbs. He considered himself a casual fitness enthusiast and never really had a specific goal in mind. All he wanted was to feel good and look good.

Discovering Fitness Motivation
