F/22/5'6" [153lbs > 143lbs = 10lbs] (5 weeks) I changed my diet and began exercising WAY more about 2.5 months ago. I didn't take an original "before" photo, but this shows some of my recent progress :) don't mind the messy mirror. I have a younger brother that doesn't clean up after himself
