KatieTornado, a Reddit user has posted about her 11 weight journey which began 11 weeks ago. Now, she weighs 143 pounds from her starting weight of 134 pounds. Katie has gained 9 pounds and is now headed towards cutting.

The user started with a nutritionist trying bulk in 11 weeks. At first, she had anxiety about bulking, and sometimes was convinced that her body is broken. She even felt uncomfortable about her body changes but stuck to the regime with the expert understanding that there's some muscle that comes along with fat.

KatieTornado managed to switch to Powerlifting from CrossFit, and it changed her life. She feels motivated to see her lifts improve as to powerlifting from CrossFit. This Texas Method, 3x a week, plus lots of walking became her current routine.

Katie's lifts have gone up impressively in just nine weeks. Her 1RM back squat has increased from 165 to 210, her 1RM strict press from 75 to 95, 1RM Deadlift from 195 to 210, bench yet to determine and power clean reached 5 x 3 @ 125. Her calf muscles looked better, which was complemented by a Reddit user usmcplz.

It is never too late, the journey of weight loss and fitness comes in different forms within different time periods. There is no need to hurry with losing weight as Personal Nutritionist suggested. Builds takes time, and the process entails more than bulking and cutting. It is important to trust the process, stick to the plan, and reach goals eventually.
