Doubts About Weight Accuracy

A few commenters did not believe that AznInvazn57's weight was accurate. One commenter questioned his weight and suggested that he looks much thinner than his reported weight of 237lbs at 6'1". However, AznInvazn57 confirmed the accuracy of his weight and credited his broad build and muscle gain to his current appearance.

Eating Habits and Restrictions

AznInvazn57 admitted that he does not count calories, but restricts himself from drinking anything other than water. He also tries to avoid foods that are obviously bad for him, such as pizza and chocolate. Additionally, he consumes a lot of chicken, pasta, vegetables, and fruits.

Workout Experience and Program

Previously, AznInvazn57 had only done rugby practice in high school and a half marathon during freshman year of college. He started lifting weights just in May of this year and follows the "Renegade Football Strength: 12-week training program" albeit with a few modifications.
