The Journey Towards a Healthier You: Shedding off 48Lbs with Fried Cloud

Fried_Cloud's weight journey from 173lbs to 125lbs was achieved through diet and exercise. Read on to learn about her approach.

Fried_cloud's weight journey began with a desire to feel like herself again.

Over the course of 2.5 years, Fried_cloud transformed her eating habits, from eating 90% processed or fast food to cooking 90% of her meals at home. She learned how to prepare healthy alternatives to her favorite foods and studied food labels to learn about the nutritional value of the foods she ate.

Fried_cloud also kept to a calorie deficit, which included counting calories to learn the right amount to eat. In terms of exercise, Fried_cloud started with 10,000 steps a day, then progress to a 20-minute workout 3-4 times a week, and now does an hour of weight training 3-4 times a week, along with a short bike ride to and from work and 10,000 steps a day.

Although Fried_cloud notes that the amount of exercise is not something she pushes herself to do, her body enjoys it. She only does as much exercise as her body requires.

Her journey towards a healthier life hasn't been easy, but Fried_cloud has shown that dedication to a healthy diet and lifestyle can yield amazing results. Her before and after photos say it all.
