M/21/6’1 [130lbs -> 165lbs = 35lbs] From not mentally being in a good place as well as going through a bad benzodiazepine phase, to working my butt off and almost coming to tears whenever I look at myself a year ago. This is my new addiction, and I can’t wait to see how I will look a year from now!
