M/24/6’0 [204 > 200lbs = 4lbs] Only lost a measly 4lbs in 6 weeks, just wondering if anybody can see a difference. I started watching what I was eating during the first 2 weeks, then began lifting intensely for the next 4 weeks. Pretty demoralizing to only lose 0.6 lb/week.
