The person in this progress pic has lost 150lbs over 2.5 years, going from 270lbs to 120lbs. They are 5'4 and female. In the before picture, they look unhappy and their face appears bloated. In the after picture, they look much happier and their face appears thinner. They feel like they could take over the world.
