Meet 97Bravo, a 47-year-old male redditor who decided that he was tired of being overweight, and began his journey to a healthier life.

Day 1

97Bravo starts his journey with a hearty breakfast, consisting of 2 eggs, spinach, and bacon. He goes on to complete 2 intense workouts, Metcon 9 x 3 and TRX CrossFit, followed by healthy snacks like chicken, mayonnaise, and cubed steak. Post workout, he refuels with Cellucor Alpha Amino, and enjoys a snack of peanut butter, apple, grapes, pecans, and a slice of avocado.

Day 2

97Bravo continues his journey with a healthy breakfast of oatmeal with flaxseed, brown sugar, honey, raisins, and pecans. After yoga and a 2-mile walk, he enjoys a healthy dinner of curried pork chop, peas, and carrots, and a glass of whiskey.

Day 3

Unfortunately, 97Bravo has some setbacks today due to food poisoning. He stays hydrated with lots of water and plain yogurt, but only manages to consume a small amount of chicken and half a cheeseburger.
