The Starting Point
Harveybirdmen, a 25-year-old male, started his weight loss journey on September 12th, weighing at 176 pounds and standing at a height of 5'9. He classified himself as an advanced level and set a goal to push himself even further. He used intermittent fasting and a calorie deficit diet to start his journey.
The Progress
Throughout the journey, Harveybirdmen posted regularly on the subreddit, updating his followers on his progress. He experienced both ups and downs, and even hit a plateau where he didn't lose weight for a week. Despite this, he kept pushing and saw significant changes in his body composition.
